Rental Terms

Driver's Age and License

• The person renting must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years .

Rental Period

• The minimum vehicle rental period is 24 hours , and the delivery and return times are specified in the contract.

Pricing and Payment

• The rental fee, fuel policy, additional services (additional driver, navigation, child seat, etc.), and taxes are clearly stated in the contract. Payments are made in cash or by credit card.

Deposit and Assurance

• A deposit is collected upon vehicle return. If there is no damage or additional costs, the deposit will be refunded upon vehicle return.

Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered. Any missing fuel will be charged to the renter.

Maintenance and Use

• The renter is responsible for driving the vehicle with care . Any traffic fines, misuse, or violations of regulations are the renter's responsibility.

Insurance

• All our vehicles are covered by mandatory traffic insurance . Comprehensive insurance and additional insurance packages are available upon request.

Return Conditions

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, on the date and time specified in the contract. Additional fees apply for late returns.
